Our Story

Natalia graduated from Nottingham Trent University as a Theatre Designer.  Natalia's creative background has been a key involvement within the design, research and development needed throughout the process of modifying a horse trailer into a fully functional working bar. Currently working for an air line company, Natalia has travelled a lot of the world 'researching' many different Prosecco's.

Both Natalia and Daniela will have access to emails and these will be monitored at all times to reply to any requests.

Daniela graduated from Leeds College of Art & Design with a degree in Fashion Design. Daniela is currently working as an accessories buyer for a successful independent retailer.

Both co-founders have previous bar hospitality, using their designer eye and traveling notes they have created Salute! We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed the experimenting and late nights in the making.
